Dore Talk

Our daughter Maddie has been on the program since October 2007, we only had her most recent appointment on 12th of May and we had no idea that this was going to happen, we were told that she was doing great (and she is!) and would be finished the program (all going well) towards Christmas. We still havent told her that this has happened as she has been working so hard and we have as a family thrilled with the program. We are continuing our daily program, in hope that some miricale will occur and the program will continue.......

Thought I would reply to you because your situation is very similar to ours.  My son has been on the program not much longer than Maddie, and he had his last visit on 15th May, the very last day of operation for Melbourne.  I wasn't going to tell Jake about this either, but then found that it would be too hard to keep it from him with all the media, and an ex that would probably love to shoot it down because doing the exercises means work!!  My son and I were looking through this site yesterday, and he wanted to write on it to vent his feelings about it all.  He wrote 'disgusted' but I did not put it on the kids page, as I saw that the children were not discussing this.  We are determined to keep plugging away at the exercises to try to get as much as we can from this.  Jake got his first mental tasks on our last visit, so that helps to understand the theory behind the exercises.  Hopefully Mydore will continue.  Wish you well.  Lethal
