What exercises should you do? Important - please read

     Hi

I have been asked a number of times for clarity on what exercises you should do. Next week, you will recieve some more information on this, but in the meantime:

Keep going with your current exercises.

If you finish your booklet before you are contacted, start the booklet again.

Other people have suggested swapping exercises to help each other.

It is VERY important that excerices are not swapped or published for two reasons:

    1.  It is illegal as it would be in breach of copyright

    2. Medically, it would be very inappropriate to do other people's exercises.  Unless your neurological condition has been assessed and the correct exercises have been given to you then you could be doing more harm than good.

If you have any more questions, please ask and I will get them answered for you.

Yes, KEEP doing your sets! Some of us who have kids off of the sets for various reasons (injury, illness, etc) have noticed the neurological slip when they are off.  I apologize for my lack of great neurological terminology, but it's the CONSTANT daily repetition of neural stimulation that keeps the neural pathways growing, developing, and going in the directions they need to go to reach their final connections, as when you learn anything new, practice practic practice is what makes those neurological changes. When you stop "practicing" you don't progress, or you slip back.

So I would also encourage you all during this uncertain time to keep on with what you have and do not stop........and do not lose hope. All is not said and done yet.
