    slipping on the wobble board

Has anyone got any tips on how to stop Laura's bottom slipping off the wobble board when doing the sitting exercises? Thanks

HI Debbie we were told to use an empty hot water bottle on top, still painful on the posterior.

Memories!!!! Debbie Leila had the same problem, in the end I brought a none slip mat from a hardware store to use and it worked a treat!!!! even one on those rubber bath mats cut down to size to fit the bobble board should do the same trick. Ellie XXX

My son hated that one! He's got such a little boney bum! just persevere with it. Thomas was better, when he had to balance on the wobble board, when you put a beanbag on his head( he seemed to balance a whole lot better) . Don't ask me why??? Good luck, it does get easier with time.         Catherinexxx

Hi everyone, thanks for your suggestions. We had to give up in the end. Everything we tried just annoyed Laura and made her really cross so she just had to carry on slipping. It was a relief when that exercise was over I can tell you.  Super Angry

We got that one again even though we had an overall easy tick. Hate it and not sure if we were doing it right as his bottom half would move the board and his top half would go the other way, -in the picture it looks like a straight lean over to 1 side, but gave up trying to get it to look right and just got on with it as the board was moving back and fore!!
