    Pumping up the ball!!

Hi everyone, When we start the programme we have to find our own pump and adapter for the gym ball (as you may already know). If your not carefull you could end up buying a large and expensive pump. If however you go to www.physique.co.uk you can buy a brilliant small and cheap pump for only £2.84. You can also buy a nifty little plug remover from here for only 66 pence, handy for the nails! It's a pity these little items aren't included in the Dore programme price, especially when you may have to carry your kit around with you. Best wishes, Al

I put a whole line of playing cards along the wall in our hallway, Kieran finished those exercises in the last book but the cards are still there. To me he is bound to have the same exercise again so why bother removing all of them, when we will have to put them up again.

They are a good conversation piece though to plug Dore, all our visitors ask why we have got all those playing cards in a line down our hallway!!! Tee Hee Ellie XXX
