    When & Where You Can Find Out More

    An evening with Kenny Logan, Sheffield

     If you are in the Sheffield area and would like to find out more about how the Dore Programme could help you - join us on Tuesday 12th February.  

    Come along and meet Strictly Come Dancing star Kenny Logan. You will hear him talk about how he struggled growing up with dyslexia and how the Dore Programme has not only helped him overcome these frustrations and also improved his sporting ability.

    This complimentary information evening will be held at:

    I think Jordan will get to say his piece..as usual...he's really getting into this public speaking thing!! lil' showoff!! I hate using a mic. so my bit will be short and sweet hopefully! I always take the folder with J's before and after handwriting, a copy of his 'story' and school reports etc..so they can see I wasnt making it up!!!  I

    If you are in the Cardiff area and would like to find out more about how the Dore Programme can help overcome problems with learning - come along and join us on the Tuesday 5th February.

    This complimentary evening gives you the chance to meet Rugby legend, Scott Quinnell and Dore graduate Alex Milliner. They will share their personal stories of how Dore helped them overcome their challenges with learning. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of the Dore team and look around the centre.

    If you are in Northern Ireland and would like to find out more about the Dore Programme and how it could help you, the Dore Centre in Belfast will feature on Ulster TV Life on (27/02/2008) at 5.30pm. This short fly on the documentary aims to bring people a chance to find out more about what happens at our centres. The programme will feature a local family who have benefited from the Dore Programme and live interviews with Dore graduate, Kenny Logan & Wynford Dore the Founder.

    Scott Quinnell raises awareness on BBC Look East

    Hi all

    Last week Scott Quinnell joined BBC Look East to raise awarness of learning difficulties. Also featured in the footage was two twins and their father who has been helped by the Dore Programme.

     If you missed this or would like to watch it again, you can here

     It is an inspirational story and gives hope that someday more will be done in schools to help those challenged by learning issues.

    It would  be great to have your feedback and thoughts on the piece. has anyone had a positive relationship with the BDA?

    The New Elizabethan School opens its doors this Saturday (26th April 2008)

    This Saturday, 26th April 2008, The New Elizabethan School in Worcestershire are opening their doors for a opportunity for you to come and learn more about how the school uses the Dore Programme and the benefits of the intervention.

    The New Elizabethan School is just one of the schools we work in partnership with which shares our passion to be specifically focused and dedicated to helping every child with learning differences.

    A Dore Centre has opened within the school so their pupils and others in the area have the chance to fulfil their educational potential.

    Whether you have an interest in the school or wish to learn more about Dore or the programme do join us from 12.00 - 3.00pm at the open day and Fete.

    This is also a great opportunity to meet parents of children who are happy to share their stories about Dore and how the Programme has positively turned their children’s lives around – they, like us, don’t want to keep it to themselves!

    So come and join us between 12.00am – 3.00pm at The New Elizabethan School The Village, Hartlebury, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7TE

    You will also have the chance to get a FREE ACE Test (full retail cost 19.50 pounds).The ACE Test is a fun, computer based test that identifies individual’s areas of strength and weakness, and is available for either individual’s at home or for whole class use.
